“Very nice and clean modern rooms. There is self check in and you don’t interact with any staff, which was fine. The bathroom was very clean, the shower was great with variable pressure and very warm. I appreciated they had a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart TV which was nice at the end of the day! There is a small fridge in the room but in the dining area, there is a large fridge and microwave for you to use. There’s even a hot tub. It was the best hotel we’ve stayed at……

“This is the standard of a general hotel, but it has no characteristics. There is no problem with receptionist service, but the computer system needs improvement. We paid for the room when we made the reservation, but they said no, it took a long time to find the payment record. The next day when we checked out, another staff member asked us to pay again.
