“1.預訂三人房，因飯店超賣，要改成行政房(一張雙人床+一張沙發床)，補償措施是免費使用行政酒廊三。2.早餐一成不變，有損我們對希爾頓飯店的期待。”

“My mum uses a Zimmer and the acces for her limited mobility was amazing. The staff truly went over and above from the second we walked in to the bar, restaurant, concierge, restaurant, spa etc.... I don't know how they get to know everyones names as so many people go through the door every day. Everyone was exceptional. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Food was out of this world. We weren't bothered too much yet, restaurant seemed to know just by a look, that we were going to ask for……

“Checking in was quick and easy & the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was also good and clean. The bar area was traditional so there is a nice atmosphere and the food was amazing. Overall I highly recommend this hotel going on my experience whilst staying there.👍”
