“We arrived on June 22, 2019 around 3:30pm, only to find no one in the office to help us. We rang the bell on the counter several times, still no one. Finally after a period of time, a man came to the office, I can only assume it was the manager or owner. I gave him a copy of our reservation confirmation. He looked and could not find a reservation under my name. Nor did he have any rooms available or that were clean. He then got on the phone to call the previous owner to see if he knew……
