“Enjoyed the closeness to our party place and the cafes and shops for meals. Bed was far to big so the room was squishy. Had to move desk so I could get around bed to my side. Everything else was great. ”

“The position of the Ramada Hotel is excellent, the staff very obliging and helpful, close to all shops and amenities. When making a booking, I found it difficult to find the hotel phone number so booked through Expedia, which was a bit confusing as the rooms with water views were supposedly booked out. When we booked in at the hotel we asked for an upgrade to water views and were instantly transferred into a room with water views for a small upgrade price. The only complaint we had was that……

“Amazing stay in Greenmount and we have been a few times before. Never disappoints as great value for money, service always attentive and polite and the room very functional and comfortable. Sad to see it closing down. Wish the staff and management well with the future. ”

“Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.”

“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……
