“We stayed one night and were very happy with what we've got. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with a lovely pool to take a refreshing swim. The walls are rather thin, so you occasionally hear guests in other rooms but that wasn't a problem for us. ”

“Hawksmoor House ist ein klassisches, 300 Jahre altes Capholländisches Bauerngehöft. Wir waren zuerst im Herrenhaus untergebracht, dann in einem Nachbargebäude. Beide Zimmer waren ausserordentlich schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Zu bemängeln gab es nichts. Allerdings sollten Reisende wissen, dass die Anfahrt über einen unbefestigten Weg erfolgt. Wifi gibt es nur im Herrenhaus. Nach einer Corona-Pause könnte hie und da die Fassade frisch gestrichen werden. Aber dies sind wirklich winzige……

“Its quite a way from the airport. Look for My CitiBus 85 rand shuttle, the metro is uusseelleesss! Terrific place. A little appartment next to a family home. Quiet, new build spacious neighbourhood. Clean, Huge bed. Shower/loo ensuite. TV but nothing to watch! Cooked bfast served at the table by Mama! Lovely. Friendly place. Railway close but dont rely on it. Shops 20 min walk. Also 30 mins over railway bridge if you need wine or beer. Big shopping mall over the road bridge - a 40 min walk. 2……
