“The Spier is a lovely vineyard with good accommodation. They are now starting a complete renovation of the hotel and keeping all their staff on as part of the plan . I have always felt completely safe and cared for within the hotel grounds . A wonderful breakfast in the sunshine is the perfect way to start the day . There are many things to do swimming , cycling , walking , visit the hotel vegetable garden and see the birds enroute . I look forward to visiting Spier next year after its……

“A beautiful property in a peaceful setting, great restaurants on site and the opportunity to taste their wines too! Take a walk around the grounds on the signposted walking trail. I would highly recommend this hotel, could not be happier with our choice.”

“La mejor decisión quedarnos en este hotel. Pasamos por varios hoteles en Stellenbosch & coincidimos tiene de las mejores vistas, ya que el hotel está rodeado de montañas. El personal es súper amable. Samantha en recepción nos ayudó a conseguir una reservación en un restaurante a última hora. El cuarto en el que nos quedamos fue el estándar. Amplio & con terraza privada. La cama & almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene café, te & un frigobar con varias bebidas de cortesía. Comida & bebidas deliciosas.……

“It is an awesome property, but keep in mind that the Protea Chain in South Africa is not well integrated with Marriott. You need to get a paper receipt and apply for points later.”

“Trevligt bemötande, men vi fick inte så mycket info utan vi fick själva fråga oss fram till diverse. Trevligt med välkomstdrink. Mysigt ställe. Stort och fint rum. Fin liten altan. Stort badrum med både badkar och dusch. Minus för att det inte fanns något duschdraperi. Nu kom det vatten över hela badrumsgolvet. Det fanns ingen toalettborste. Minus för att det inte fanns något kylskåp. Det skulle väl vara 4-stjärnigt hotell? Tråkigt att det inte var städat runt eller i poolen. Bra frukost med……
