“It’s a nice stay and lots of flexibility. It would be better with instructions in the apartment on how things work and can be used. For example Wifi password and dishwasher instructions. The staff when asked were friendly and helpful. ”

“What a fabulous cabin, we had everything we needed and it is very spacious and right off the E4 highway so easy to access. The beds were great and the whole cabin is heated and cosy with a covered deck with loungers, our only issue, when we booked it said laundry facilities which after 7 days travelling we needed, on arrival there’s no washing machine, we resorted to hand washing and used the drying rack provided, overall the cabins are lovely and peaceful.”

“Själva stugan var jätte fin och framförallt fräsch. Extra + med golvärmen. Dock så hade koden bytts på em mot en kod som vi inte hade fått på våran mejl. Det var ganska kallt den kvällen och vi stod där med 4a barn. Koden skickades inom 20 min men ändå konstigt att vi hade fel kod från första början.”

“+ nice cabins + fun with lego + river for swimming + pets allowed without extra fees - a bit disconnected communication for special requests - we asked if we could have a cat with us and were told it is ok, but the night before arriving they sent another message saying it is ok only if the cat does not climb into bed. If these are the rules, it should be clearly mentioned. ”

“We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too……

"1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly. The one we booked one month in advance is twice as expensive as if you book two days in advance. Other four-star hotels in the surrounding area do not have such a large price fluctuation"
