“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. “We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Darwin. The hotel is in a good location opposite parkland and just a short walk to Mitchell Street. Breakfast was exceptional. The area is quiet and the water views are great. Staff are friendly and attentive. This hotel stood up to Cyclone Tracey. One of very few building left standing after the devastating winds. Nice peace of mind when staying in Darwin.”
