“We are having a late check in on that day, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a stable Wifi and located near the airport which is really convenient with a free shuttle bus service provided. We have a quite satisfying stay there. “Great location for dropping off a Caravan rental and having somewhere to stay before heading to the airport the next day. We walked half a block between the two. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I needed to do laundry and the laundry services had closed for the day, so she drove me to the closest laundry mat to help out. “Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job.”
