“It is a nice hotel in a kind of unexpected area (iffy). It’s location in a reasonable drive to UW, taking backroads. Although it is in a very noisy area, and our room faced the freeway and light rail, it was not bad once it was night. The accommodations were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it met our needs. The hotel seems secur for your vehicle as well as yourself, with good lighting in the gated parking garage. Staff were friendly. Liked the healthier breakfast choices.……

“Great little hotel. Rooms were clean,comfy, and very quiet, even tho right near the i5. Convenient location with gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, 7/11, and a few small restaurants, all next door. Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle. Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again.”

“The front desk was so nice. I forgot to bring my home charger, the gentleman at the front desk borrowed his charger to me. ”

“I highly recommend staying in this bungalow and would do so again if I return to the area. The host has clearly put thought into making guests stay as comfortable as possible and far more enjoyable than a hotel. The light rail is close and easy to use making downtown just a short ride away. The hot tub was amazing to enjoy after lots of wandering around Seattle. ”

“Stayed here for my son’s graduation. Place was very cute and comfy. Hot tub was nice. We had an issue getting into keypad but able to get ahold of owner quickly and resolved it. Wasn’t quite close to shopping and restaurants like we had thought but still good ”

“A quaint little home that surprisingly had six bedrooms to accommodate all of us. ”

“Small house that was listed as 3 bedroom but only had two bedrooms. Little futon in the living room that needs replacing due to stains and its very uncomfortable. Oven doesn't work, only the stove top. And internet barely worked a full day out of the 2 weeks being there. Its in a nice tucked away spot but overall needs improvement.”
