“There were three families in our traveling party (a reunion) and we found this property to be very comfortable. We were close to both Boulder and Denver and very much enjoyed our stay. Jill was prompt with communications and ready to help if we needed anything. This was a great home base for us during our stay!”

“Property was immaculate and comfortable for the 4 families with kids that made up our traveling party. Kids had a blast with the backyard play areas and the adults were pleased and happy to hang around the fire pit and other gathering areas. The kitchens were well stocked with necessities for cooking and we never felt on top of one another. The neighborhood felt safe and parking along the street was ample.”

House was great space, clean, reasonably priced, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful ! Perfect location and space for us - centrally located and easy to get to Denver, Golden, or Boulder. 5 stars!”
