“The property photos on the VRBO listing looked nice, so we were excited to stay in this home. The owner was responsive. Unfortunately, the photos online made this place look significantly nicer than it was. There was a strong odor upon entry - what smelled like men's perfume - but it was everywhere. The bedding cover was not clean, carpets were very worn and linens were not new. We decided that within 30 minutes there was no way we could stay here for the time we booked given COVID. We……
