“Great customer service,the room service ladies were very friendly, and nice. Everyone always greeted us whenever we saw them. I only had one major thing that happened which was ants in our fiest hotel. I reportwd it to the front desk and they were very responsive,and addressed the situation right away,and got us moved to a different room. “Friendly staff, good hot breakfast, and the freshly baked cookies and tea was a delicious treat each day. Much better mattress than most hotels. Right next to a RTD bus stop, so very easy to get to and from Denver International Airport and to and from Boulder. Only negative is the TV sound quality.”
