“We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was plenty of space for a family of 4 to spend a weekend. We particularly enjoyed the porch and large back yard as well as the proximity to beaches, wineries, and dining. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. “Tuttles Point is a hidden gem of a neighborhood. I spent my summers as a child in this neighborhood, and I wanted to share my love for this area with my family. This cottage was perfect for what we needed. The view is beautiful and there is so much character in the home that you forget that you might be missing some of our modern comforts. “Excellent Host, great stay, beautiful property and set up and very modern.”

“Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes. However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby. Suggestion: ski lift…lol Thank you. .”

“we had a great stay at this property. the house was perfect. great value for the price. it is new and modern and extremely clean. the area itself was also nice. on a dead end street so nice and secluded. the host also included many amenities for guests to use which was a plus. would definitely stay here again. ”
