“I was greeted by the owners and they were some of the nicest and I have ever met. The owner brought me to my room and showed me how to operate the remote control for the ac/ heat. I was glad to know especially since the outside temperature is 27 right now. Everything is going great. Thank you. ”

“Jessica was an amazing host. The house is beautiful & comfortable. Parking and accessibility to house and rooms was easy. The breakfasts she prepared were delicious, everything from scratch. We could not recommend Thames house anymore! ”

“Hidden gem. The room was very nice and the "garden" area was a secluded enclave. Excellent breakfast pastries with other options. It's wonderful to stay in a B&B that actually serves breakfast, as opposed to those named as such but only providing a bed.”

“I was skeptical when I saw Plantation House had a perfect rating, but I can tell you it's well deserved!! Luey and Norris are so welcoming and friendly, taking care of everything from water and snacks for a day out 'touristing' to recommendations for sightseeing and dining. They go the extra mile and really show they care about each guest and share a lot about their own family and lives. The easiest way to sum it up is to say: usually the accomodation is just where you stay during the trip,……

“Let me start off with saying that we were looking for a place to stay that was relatively close to Zilker park for Austin City Limits that was also affordable and this was the best option. That being said, you get what you pay for. The mattresses were not very great (I had slept on one of the spring ones on Friday night and had really awful back pain on Saturday that affected my ability to enjoy the festival) and another friend who slept on another mattress also shared that she did not sleep……
