“The host is above and beyond what you could ask for. I definitely recommend this experience for any nature lover. The site was definitely worth the stay to hear all the beautiful sounds of St Croix. One of our favorite parts was watching the lizards in the grass behind the camp stove, there was such a variety and they just hung out without worry of being watched. We didn’t stay at his container home next door, but we saw it and it would be a perfect combination for a family with kids who want……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charles' shipping container tiny home in Frederiksted. The location was perfect and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had some trouble finding the property on the first day because it was after dark and raining, but Charles got us there safely. The tiny home is basic but very clean and everything functions well. We asked for some things like extra blankets and beach towels, and Charles was right there with what we needed. Beautiful beach……

“Nice and quiet at the condo. Didn't have functioning showerheads in the bathrooms, though. Hot water, no showerhead pressure. Expedia and Vrbo should also mention to potential customers to rent a car and get some food & drink to bring. None on site & delivery won't deliver there. Will definitely go again, though.”

“We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!”

“Thank you Kathy for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. The view from the back deck is breathtaking and watching the sunset in the evening was one of the highlights of our trip. The sky lit up at sunset and the colors were almost unbelievable. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below was mesmerizing and I slept like a baby. We took trips all over the island and the location of the condo was perfectly positioned between the two major towns. We could walk to the restaurants right……

“Ive been coming to this area to Scuba Dive for 15 years. 9 years ago I married my wife in Carambola which is where Ive always stayed. This year we decided to give a rental property a try and boy are we happy. Not only was this property a short easy walk from all the amenities the area offers but the condo itself was impecable. Just bring your clothes and groceries because the rest from bottle openers to beach chairs to wine glasses and everything in between is right there and in great condition.……

“An amazing and unique property . Spectacular views. Owner is on site. Very responsive. Pool on second level. Hot tub on the third level. The views just get better. Our host was an excellent bartender. His bar is a beautiful example of his woodworking skills that are on display throughout the property. Will certainly return here on our next visit to St Croix.”
