“DO NOT PAY TO FOR THIS LOCATION!!! The host Monica never answered! She never sent updates on check in instructions! I contacted her prior to my stay and never heard from her and the day of there was no answer sent multiple messages and her phone was off it would go straight to voicemail. They take your money and the night of your stay your left to fend for yourself and pay to stay at another location. VRBO basically has not send me my refund as they keep saying they are solving the issue but……

“The area is shady. The room looks just like the pictures uploaded on Vrbo. However, there were dirty towels, no hair dryer and the AC makes a lot of noise at night. At 5am in the morning another tenant (a woman I believe) knocked on our door and other doors in the complex due to fight with their boyfriend. The police showed up and one of them was arrested. We got like 4 hours of sleep that night.”

“The owner has done a fabulous job making this a comfortable stay. The amenities are wonderful, the kitchen is brand new w all the necessities to make it feel like home. And the tech they have installed is awesome! Great location in a historical neighborhood central to greater El Paso”

“We recently stayed and had a great long weekend visiting El Paso for fun, and a wedding. PArents and 2 adult children were VERY comfortable in this three-bedroom. Nice and cool, with Split AC in each room. Well stocked, and the place was recently remodeled, so most everything is new (refrig still had plastic!). Nice place, and the owner/Host was very good at answering questions quickly. We would recommend, and definitely will stay again on our next trip out to El Paso!”

“Students enjoyed their stay in El Paso and Casa Mina during their summer internships. Host was accommodating and responsive throughout their stay. Aside from an air conditioning issue, which I image is common in this type of Texas heat, all else went smoothly.”
