“House was very clean. Host very responsive. House had minor defects (paint, towel racks and wall holders not in stud so coming off walls) but in overall good condition. Although the listing states the pool and hot hub are heated there is a separate daily fee to heat both or either. We were not aware of this until check in. Host was accommodating to our complaint about the unknown fee so not a major deal for us. However, imo it should be disclosed before we rented the property or be built into……

“I'm the kind of guy that likes simplified peocesses. This VRBO was simple. All information was relayed via email. There was zero need to contact anyone or anyone to contact me. The area was great and secure. House could have been a little cleaner. ”
