“Thi hotel had great pillows comfy beds, clean bathroom, under the bed was a little dirty, overall fair cleanliness of room. Little trash outside property, night staff who checked me in was very willing to help and check in process and fast and easy. No hot breakfast at this location, grab and go coffee and granola bars”

“B’fast was good, ice machine was not convenient, check in clerk delightful & fun. Beds not as comfortable as expected, blanket only on one bed. Allergic to cucumbers, so couldn't use soap, shampoo. Another guest was outside our door at 5:30 AM talking very loud on the phone - not your fault they were do rude. Location was good to get to Mayo Clinic - Groudo Building. Good for shopping. ”

“A wonderful and historic hotel, which is right next to Mayo. Staff is excellent. I had to get transport to the airport at 3:30am and could not find an Uber or Lyft or Taxi available, and a staff member went the extra mile and personally took me to the airport. I highly recommend the hotel. Rooms and entire hotel are renovated and very nice. I will stay here next time I am in town for sure.”
