“By far the best place to stay in Fayetteville. Walk to the square or Dickson Street. Take the bus to sporting events or a short uber ride. Great restaurants, bars, the farmer’s market, etc. Never search for AirBnBs. If you are going to Fayetteville keep it simple and just book it every time. Everything it has to offer in its location far surpasses the savings you might get at a chain hotel out of the way off busy streets.”

“Very nice place and new. This would be a great couples getaway, even though, we used it for family weekend. Nice and quiet and peaceful. And the offer of delivering fresh coffee in the morning was a very nice touch. ”

“Coffee maker was dirty and had grounds/filter in it. Pool was closed and wasn't told beforehand or when I checked in. Piles of sticks around property that need to be hauled off. Staff was great and the breakfast is good.”

“We have stayed here many many times! Our room is not up to par of the rooms as we are accustomed to. Curtains are ragged, shower head was not very good, there was no shampoo, lotion, or baby soap! Refrigerator was frozen over! Bed was comfortable!”

“Loved that the hotel is on campus and across the street from my daughter's sorority house. Also love the ambiance. The inside is dotted with history in photos from long ago. The porch I loved! Our room was first floor and we only had to walk a few steps to sit on the porch. Nice views from there. Everything was blooming and I enjoyed the fragrance of the flowers too. Parking was on site and plenty.”
