“The building generally looked clean, but there were some stains, smells, and hairs in the bedrooms on the beds. One big issue is the back door does not secure properly. I spoke to the property manager who was kind enough to give me a tutorial on how to latch the back door, but they still were unable to accept that the door was broken and not secure. We ended up having to leave our stay early and rent something without nasty stained sheets. ”

“Our dwelling was double booked so on NYE at 11:30 pm, after Ubering all night, we had to drive to a new location.We actually used the code to get in our rental and someone was already there. We had to drive 10 minutes on NYE to the new location. Thank goodness the other renters didn’t have a gun when we walked in on them.”
