The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”

“This property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location close to downtown. We wanted a place close to the colleges, and this was perfect. The only downside was the connected neighbors had loud all night parties both nights we were there. It really provided my daughter with a taste of the college lifestyle, but it made it very hard to get any sleep while we were staying here. ”

“The property is in a very convenient location and overall a good value. Had some minor issues finding the home at first but the owner was responsive to help assist in locating it. Also had some minor problems downloading the door lock app but those were also resolved and the rest of the stay was very smooth.In full transparency the neighborhood isn't the nicest in Atlanta BUT the home worked very well for my family of 5 and we would certainly come back.”

“The apartment was very clean. Communication was lacking prior to check in so there was a little hiccup there, but communication afterwards was very good. Quick replies from the host and any issues addressed quickly. A few things to note: 1) If you are hot natured, this may not be the place for you. The mattress is a standard memory foam mattress without any kind of cooling pad on top so very hot when sleeping. There are no fans present in the apartment and no windows to open. The a/c was……

“This property is well maintained and very clean. The location was perfect and parking is in secure garage. Bottom floor unit with porch that has access to the street. Owner was accommodating and responded quickly. I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta! ”

“Got the job done. We needed a place to stay for baseball tournament. It was safe. Neighbors were loud one night but manager took care of it quick. Apartment pool was very dirty had green looking slime. Kitchen not stocked. Don’t come prepared to cook or clean. Didn’t even have dustpan. Good location walking distance to some cool places. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions on Vrbo.”

“Stephanie’s apartment was nicely designed but it was very dirty upon arrival. We had to clean the entire place just to feel comfortable and use our own sheets. The check in process wasn't great either because there were no instructions on how to actually get to the apartment unit. We only received an entry code to enter the apartment building and the door code to enter the apartment unit. However, the location was great and convenient.”

“I really have nothing bad to say about our stay. The space peovided was clean with a very comfortable mattress. Wilma was very attentive and was always available to walk us throught the process. The location was close to everything, walmart is literally a walk around the corne.10 minute walk to Clark and Morehouse. We will ne booking this unit agsin.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Midtown. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern decor and comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in tons of natural light and offer stunning views of the city, especially at sunset. The open-concept living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals. “The host and property were excellent! Was really only a 5 minute walk to the convention center. Gave it an overall rating of 4-stars because of the street noise (which is not the hosts fault). If I brough my earplugs, I'd have given it a 5!”

“It’s only the way to the property that is scary. Otherwise the property is very well managed. Communication is good. ”

“When we booked, the host said it was a double booking... but refused to cancel because he would be charged $50... my deceased fiancé and my bday plans were ruined... he whined about $50, like it was our fault. We didnt get to stay and still no refund.”
