“Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.”

“India checked on us during our stay. The house is located close to downtown without the congestion of downtown. It was also a quick drive to the MARTA station. The house is so cozy and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Every once in a while you hear the train but it wasn't disruptive. You just hear it in the nackground when sitting on the porch. ”

One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay ! ”

“Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. ”

“The place was beautiful and everything was very clean—we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing to note is that the front door is all glass with no covering, which made it feel a bit less secure. It might be helpful to add a sheer curtain or some kind of covering for a bit more privacy.”

“We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to wash clothes.Other reviewers said that they did not feel safe. It is a low/mixed income neighborhood. We were there to conduct public opinion surveys for 2 weeks and talked to over 300……

“We had a total of 6 people that stayed, the rooms were perfect and plenty of room. Windows were great, the city sky line was beautiful at night. Balcony was perfect. The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home. I would advise that you do have to park on the side of the road there is not driveway parking and it is a small road. There also needs to be a weather strip at the back door as ants were heavy at the crack of the door and outback. The host was pleasantly helpful would book again.”

“We stayed in town for a week with 13 ppl in the house including children. All in all it was a great stay. Had a few things wrong but just minor comfort inconveniences nothing to complain about. Host was very responsive and even had maintenance come out right away. The long-term resident in the back property was really sweet as we spoke a couple times in passing. Neighborhood was quiet and honestly we'd rent again. Lots of space and stores are close no more that 15 mins and that's with traffic.……
