“This was a great experience while in Madisonville for a basketball tournament. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to anything you want to do and only a five minute drive to the highway. The hostess was friendly and communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect. At this price, it was a no brainer versus staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!”

“We had a family wedding at Burdoc Farms and my family (my husband and I, my two grown children and their spouses and our five grandchildren (ages 4-11) stayed at the property for the weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is amazing with plenty of sleeping space for all, very well stocked…it has everything you could possibly need, the decor is so cozy and interesting…something cool to check out everywhere you looked! The lake is amazing. We really enjoyed the canoes and fire pit.……

“This was the perfect spot for our getaway! Centrally located near anything you would want or need in Madisonville. Extremely clean and fresh, just adorable. ”

“Unfortunately I had an unfortunate event and could not make it. Still had to pay . Cancellation insurance is a scam. Stayed at this site once before house is beautiful and had a great time ”

“After some medical issues early in the year we all needed a place to get away and just rest. This is a stunning retreat away from the rest of the world. Secluded but still close proximity to anything you might need. Sitting by the lake or on the spacious deck watching wildlife and enjoying the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed. Definitely will be back.”
