“Pictures don’t do justice how nice the place actually is, host is the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, if I had any criticism I’d not knowing what the property looked like from the driveway, we arrived late and it was really dark but we loved it and will be back ”

“We spent our time hiking mostly. It was great to come back to and recover. Location is a little away from the main spots, that can be good and bad but overall we enjoyed our stay. Love the Tiny houses they are perfect for our family.”

“We loved our stay in our tiny cabin! Montrose is about a 10 minute drive North, and Ouray was about a 30 minute drive south! It was a great place to unwind after long days of hiking nearby. The tiny house was very clean and in a quiet community. Made for a relaxing stay.”

“The host is very communicative and friendly. The cottage is cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We enjoyed visiting with her dogs and farm animals, as well as the remote location. The drive to Ouray, Ridgway, and Montrose are fairly quick and easy - there is a windy uphill and some dirt road from the highway to the cottage but the roads are well-maintained with very light traffic.”
