“We enjoyed our stay very much. Cozy TV room was so enjoyable. The views were wonderful. I was able to cook in the kitchen and make dinner for my extended local family who came to visit. It was very quiet and restful. Good Internet and wifi, a TV channels to watch Super Bowl and our favorite shows. ”

“The unit itself is cute and cozy. But upon arrival there was buckets of tools and a shopvac sitting inside, some construction dirt on the floor. I messaged Kevin and the only responses i get are automated. It was annoying to say the least. I mean who wants to spend that kind of money for a romantic night and have buckets of tools sitting around?! It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. “Avantstay was terrible to deal with. Two hours before our check in, they tell us we no longer have the condo we wanted and paid for. The "bathroom did not get remodeled in time". They never mentioned anything was wrong with the bathroom and i booked 2 months in advance. They switch us to another unit that was far worse. The place was much smaller, wifi didn't work at first, gave us wrong code for the pool. After all said and done, they gave us a small refund. If you want a nice vacation, don't……
