“The host is very communicative and friendly. The cottage is cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We enjoyed visiting with her dogs and farm animals, as well as the remote location. The drive to Ouray, Ridgway, and Montrose are fairly quick and easy - there is a windy uphill and some dirt road from the highway to the cottage but the roads are well-maintained with very light traffic.”

“Clean & comfortable;all appliances in excellent working order. Beware if you have a dog & walk it. There were lots of loose dogs in the neighborhood. ”

“Wonderful duplex. Tastefully decorated with everything you need including sp I ces beside salt and pepper! Beds were very comfortable and having a garage and backyard firepit was an added bonus. Julianna was very responsive to any requests and questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Montrose area! We will stay again!”
