“We loved our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. I wandered around for hours admiring all of the quilting and weaving art in the home - not something you see much in vacation rentals. More than well equipped, and the host was super helpful but gave us space. Will return without hesitation. ”

I do think that Expedia and Vrbo need to work out the integration issues that if you rent a Vrbo through Expedia, tracking that via Vrbo is non-existent. Makes it tough to communicate with the Vrbo host due to that issue (they may not be able to find your reservation). Expedia really should get this resolved ASAP.”

“Jason and Laurie have a clean, bright home that’s perfect for families. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook a full meal. Everything was very clean. It was nice to walk down to the lake and say hello to the chickens. Some of the neighboring properties do look like junk yards as other reviewers have noted, but you don’t see that from the house. It’s a great spot for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Telluride. Good spot for birders too with the lake. Jason was very responsive to……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the property which is in a great location just west of Montrose. The house is spacious, clean and the layout works great for families. It’s in a country setting and we enjoyed the huge lot and wildlife (birds, deer). We’ll definitely stay at the property again on our next trip.”
