“Bastante bien en general. La comunicación no ha sido muy fluido. Para entrar en el piso hubo problemas en las claves. El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil.”

“This is an exceptional property -- absolutely quiet and filled with light. (And, yes, the bed is excellent!) Two major supermarkets are at close proximity, and it is relatively easy to commute to downtown (I found the best connection to be the train from Wandsworth Town to Waterloo Station). The restaurant offerings are more limited - my best find was the Pad Thai Story restaurant on Old York Road, close to the Wandsworth Town train station. “Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

“Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. ”

“No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.”
