“We never got to use it cancelled Friday morning left us high and dry some people were already in route . Terrible customer service never offered to help find alternative accommodation. Fortunately we got 3! Hotel rooms these plans were made in August. Some flew in to Syracuse for it. Was refunded I guess haven’t seen it yet”

The pictures and description of the property in the listing are very accurate. When we arrived the lights were on (we arrived late) and a fire had the cottage nice and warm. There is a lot of attention to detail - the kitchen is well stocked with supplies, plenty of chairs to sit in throughout, games to play, movies to watch, bluetooth speakers throughout, and……
