“Séjour absolument parfait , un établissement avec un rare raffinement sans chichi clinquant , personnel attentionné, discrets très professionnel. Un spa fantastique d’une superficie incroyable avec des massages très délicats . Un lieux qui se distingue contrairement à de nombreuses chaînes sans personnalité . Une rénovation et décoration d’une subtilité qui s’harmonise parfaitement. Avec une attention particulière de la direction pour notre anniversaire c’était très appréciable. Félicitations ”

“Small, well located property in the beautiful area of St. Michel L’Observatoire. Private secured parking lot. Beautiful views from the hotel where many rooms had terraces overlooking rolling provençal meadows. Typical of rural France very little English is spoken and the hotel front desk isn’t always staffed which made check-in slightly inconvenient even though I arrived during check-in hours. (Had to call a number and a local from the neighboring property came to check me in)”

“It's a totally relaxing and aromatic hotel in an old beautiful town. We stayed for 4 autumn nights and they have a good parking lot. The hotel hostess Madame Annique is very elegant and helpful. She can speak English and German too, smooth communication! Our Room 8 in the ground floor is connected to a large green park and through which you can walk to the big swimming pool! I loved the hotel lobby very much too. It is decorated in very authentic Provencal style, feeling cozy and pleasant. The……

“We stayed at room #29. It was quite spacious for two adults, with one king bed and one single bed. The front desk lady welcomes us quite nicely. But later at night after I took a shower, water flew out from the bathroom due to the fack that the floor is a bit slopy. We tried to ask for help, but there's no one at front desk at 10pm. We had to mop the floor by ourselves and deal with our wet baggages and backpack. The next morning I explained the situation to the front desk lady, and she seemed……

“No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible. Very hot in the summer season, couldn't sleep! when you open the window the flying insects could fly in your room. BAD!”

“外牆掛的是四星飯店，但實際上像是一星，設備很老舊，沒有更新，吹風機是我這輩子沒見過的老舊行式，長得有點像是一台吸塵器，房間非常小，是此趟法國之旅中最小的，完全沒有四星飯店該有的樣子。”
