“I love the view. Lemon bay is right in front of the hotel. And you can just wear your swim wear and enjoy the beach. Please book the shuttle bus service by yourself. As if you book it through Expedia or through the hotel. It will be expensive. The room is nice, there is a small balcony, and there are much space for me to put my big luggage. It only takes you to walk about 15 mins to the pier to the Duck island and 20 mins walk to Anse vata. Therefore, please walk!”

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”
