“Fantastic stay, great hotel. One bedroom hotel room perfect for stay with a young child. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Very short walk to nearby Anse Vata beach and restaurants. Really enjoyed the Aquatonic pool inside of the hotel spa, this was luckily included in our room rate.”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“La réservation n'avait pas été traitée par l'hotel donc la chambre n'était pas prête. La barrière pour le parking ne fonctionnait plus nous avons était obligés de partir à pied sous la pluie car nous étions attendus. Ils ont voulu me prélever une seconde fois alors qu'hotel.com m'avait déjà prélevé et je les ai prévenu. J'ai du prouver que j'avais été prélevé car il semble que les information entre hotel.com et l'hotel ne passent pas. çà devait être un week end détente mais les problèmes……

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”
