“Abbiamo avuto l'onore ed il piacere di essere i primi ospiti in assoluto di questa struttura. Siamo stati accolti direttamente dai proprietari che ci hanno dato il benvenuto e ci hanno mostrato tutta la casa dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci hanno inoltre consigliato luoghi da visitare e posti dove andare a mangiare. Sono stati gentilissimi e ci chiedevano di indicare eventuali migliorie che avrebbero potuto fare. Direi però che era tutto perfetto. Luogo meraviglioso che corrisponde……

“The location is ideal for exploring up and down the coast. The house is spacious and has a very large open plan living room / kitchen, which leads out to the pool. The grounds are very private and well maintained, with loads of space. We would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“El propietario muy amable la chica que nos entregó las llaves muy maja la casa estaba limpia pero llena de hormigas no podíamos dejar ni una miga de pan hormigas por fuera pero eso es lo de menos debido al césped pero donde más había era en la cocina baño y salón no podíamos tirar nada en el cubo de la basura se llenaba de hormigas por lo demás todo bien el propietario nos dejó entrar antes de la hora acordada”

“Die Wohnung entspricht der Anzeige. Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber sauber. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber es wird nicht zu warm in der Wohnung. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Der Strand in der Nähe ist super.”

“El termo no calienta (al principio muy poco y al final nada) y huele muy fuerte a gases mal quemados. Es imposible que haya pasado la revisión obligatoria por el olor, el tubo de salida de gases corrugado, la falta del sombrerete exterior y la goma que caduca en 2023. El frigorífico no tiene baldas en la puerta ni sobre los cajones de la verdura. La taza del wc está suelta, a la TV se le va el sonido y no tiene antena. Las luces no se apagan completamente y faltan bombillas en lámparas. Muebles……

“La casa está tal cual la muestra el anuncio, tener una piscina es un plus, nos tocaron 2 días de viento, en los que no se puede estar en la playa. Tiene una barbacoa pequeña que no está en la descripción. No está lejos la playa, salvo que lleves muchas sillas, sombrilla, etc. Es una casa y propietario para recomendar, muchas gracias Jean Pierre, esperamos poder volver algún día.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this well-equipped and located new house (which made a very nice shelter from the end of a major Europe-wide storm over our first 4 days!) Owner Glady was above & beyond helpful & caring. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos y la gestiona Carlos que está pendiente de que no te falte nada y que todo esté correcto, además de que te informa de todo lo que necesites saber de la zona en cuanto a bares, lugares de compra y que visitar. “Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available.”
