“Laura was our assistant for the property. She was fantastic. She met us outside of the square and ushered us in so that we could unload our luggage in the square, then led us to our parking area just outside of the square. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and tried to help us out with someone to assist my elderly parents once we left them. Laura was fantastic. Thanks Laura!

“Amazing central location with great public transport links on the doorstep. Comfortable bed, great to have a sofa to chill out on. Room was clean and decked out to a high standard. Fantastic bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Only complaint was not the best soundproofing and kept awake by the amorous couple next door two nights in a row. If soundproofing could be improved it’d be perfect.”

“An sich keine schlechte Unterkunft, jedoch habe ich nie eine Antwort vom Support auf meine Frage per WhatsApp oder Expedia bekommen. (Vorallem problematisch beim check-in, da der Eingang zur Wohnung sehr versteckt ist und beim ersten Mal sehr schwer zu finden ist). Die Nachrichten in Expedia wurden auch nur als komischer Link präsentiert und man konnte sie nur über das Mail Postfach lesen, aber nie die Expedia App nutzen.
Zimmer wirkt auf dem Bild auch viel größer als in Wirklichkeit.……

“Darling apartment. The tub is small and does not really heat up but is good for foot soaking after walking on cobbled streets. And the radiator heating is ample which came as godsend on snowy days.
I’m a solo female traveler, a senior, so the stairs with luggage was a challenge . The apartment is on the third floor and faces the street. I wanted apartment with charming view which overlooks the castle. Ask for apartment with the view. It may cost more but you’re on holiday so go for it.

“Great location opposite the Royal Castle. Plenty of restaurants especially in the Old Town Square. Tourist information office next door. Close to the 175 airport bus stop. Tea and coffee included.
Just remember to bring enough debit cards to take out cash as it is cash payment on arrival but there are ATM's close by. It would be easier and cheaper if bank transfers were accepted.
