“This was the first time visiting this area of Sicily. Let’s just say it surpassed my expectations. This hotel is literally across the street from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfy. I loved that they had a restaurant open most of the day with a great menu. I did not elect to get breakfast included because I’m not a breakfast person but they have that option. “We very much enjoyed this lovely boutique hotel. Located one street over from the main historical attractions, shopping and restaurants, it was very central and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious and well furnished, with all the necessary amenities. The decor was wonderfully bright and quirky with a unique and welcoming feel. Communication was excellent, from clear directions for free parking to suggestions for activities in the area. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of options……

“We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent. “We LOVED our stay at the Riva Del Sole. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great. If you come by car, I highly recommend paying the 10 euros/day to use the valet service. There is a free public parking lot in town, but it's about a 20 minute walk away, and during the busy season, it's almost always full. (We were never able to find a spot there.)
