“The cabin was beautifully decorated and in a secluded location. Excellent communication with host and very easy check in & check out process. The beds were comfortable and the host provided lots of extra bedding and blankets. Also, floor heaters in every bedroom were provided for additional heat. We enjoyed our relaxing staycation in the mountains.”

“So embarrassing. Easter weekend my husband and I got back to our cottage and lost our keys. Thank you so much to the night shift security guard and the on call maintenance man for helping us out. You guys really saved us and will definitely be staying here again---> Cottage was beautiful ”

"The working attitude of the room service staff is very good！ But the tenants next door were too noisy, and someone was talking on the phone in the corridor all night long! It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep the whole night! I won't be able to come back to this hotel next time because it seriously affected my sleep!"
