“Playa Royale never disappoints. Once again the staff, grounds and condo were first rate. The panoramic ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo was clean and well stocked. Nathan was quick to respond to any questions we had. Don't hesitate to stay here it is one of the premier condo complex's in Nuevo Vallarta”

“The building and unit are in very good condition and very nicely appointed. Rooftop terrace and pool are very nice. The unit itself was very nice, beds very comfortable. There is a small sewage treatment plant next door but we experienced 0 smell or issues from it. Some good restaurants and bars a block away. We had a rental car so location was nice and central for the areas we wanted to visit. Parking was very good and secure. Clean, modern dependable elevators. ”

“We stayed 9 weeks. If you’re looking for perfection, this isn’t it—only because it shows some wear and tear. BUT it’s an absolutely lovely condo and so conveniently located to the beach. There isn’t much of a night life around but if that’s what you’re looking for, Puerto Vallarta is probably where you need to be and not Nuevo. “Very clean. Excellent commutation with owner lots of room. Fast WiFi. Excellent furniture, bedding etc. Wonderful plus was potable water from refrigerator. FantasticWould ask owners to fix Leaking sink in northeast bedroom, very strong odor in laundry room (we had to air out room), and towel bar in hallway bath”

“From booking to checkout everything was easy and on time. The best review I can give is if we would book this property again and I say we absolutely would. The building is well kept and the neighborhood very quiet. The rooftop pool was clean as was our accommodation. The Ocean is just steps away and the common pool area fantastic. ”
