However, we are already booked for next year and anticipate another good stay.”

“I’ve stayed at Marina residences many times over the last 20 years. Lots of changes. The direct access to the mall has been closed. Many of the mall businesses were vacant. The public boat ramp is very busy with noise from back up tractor each am. The DMV now is right nextdoor”

“Pool and deck area plus great sunset views made up for smaller issues in the condo itself. We couldn’t find relatively close grocery stores and would be more of an issue if we stayed longer and wanted to buy food to cook versus us going out to great little restaurants close by.”

The building is well kept and the neighborhood very quiet. The rooftop pool was clean as was our accommodation. The Ocean is just steps away and the common pool area fantastic. ”

“We find most areas of Puerto Vallarta noisy and crowded. This condo in Nuevo Vallarta is located right on the most beautiful quiet and peaceful beach in the area. You will seldom be harrased by vendors walking the beach selling things and you will always find a nice quiet private palapa and charis to spend your day on the beach. The condo itself is on the 4th floor right on the beach side of the property. You will hear the waves and feel the cool ocean breezes all night. The cnodo does a good……

“The space was perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had their own spaces. We spent most of our time at the pool or sitting on the balcony. The restaurants at the attached Wyndham were very convenient. About a 25-30 minute ride from the airport to Villa Magna. Check-in was a breeze. Maria was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. Ubers were plentiful, and we traveled to the Malcon for shipping and restaurants, a 35-40 minute ride. Highly recommend! ”
