“Been to Nuevo many times. Stayed up and down the beach from Estancia to Paradise Village. We loved this trip the most. Third condo we have stayed at in Playa Royale and this was our favorite. “Beautiful little suite right on the beach with great views, a perfectly functional little kitchenette and a lightly separated bedroom. You can take advantage of the hotel's all-inclusive amenities for an additional daily fee. Very kid-friendly, nightly entertainment, and just be sure to know about the sky bar, a rooftop bar with a great sunset view and a jacuzzi. The managers were very responsive and attentive. Great stay!”

“Three adults stayed here while we were in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of kitchen items for us to use. The pool area was nice and relaxing. It was very quiet in the complex. The staff who worked there were all very nice and helpful. We used the shuttle service which was very handy, as well as the Vidanta Resort bracelets. We went there everyday for one reason or another. The condo is also within walking distance to Vallarta Adventures and the Marina……

“From booking to checkout everything was easy and on time. The best review I can give is if we would book this property again and I say we absolutely would. “Great location on a wonderful beach. Property is worn down and very dated, but with an excellent layout allowing for a nice breeze so that there was no need to turn on air conditioning at all. The sound of the ocean waves at night are very soothing. If I were the owner, I’d at least buy new dishes and pots and pans. There is no dishwasher and the pots were all rusty, the non-stick pans all scratched and generally the dishes were pretty disgusting. Luckily we were there only a little longer than……

“We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful penthouse with a private pool. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, good communication and response from property management, amazing views and nice warm shared pool. A short walk from the nice beach across the road - not beach front as we had assumed from the photos, but very close. A bbq and beach chairs/umbrella would make this place perfect for longer stays.”
