“Having been to Bucerias several times, we are somewhat familiar with restaurants, shops and things to do. With the condominium having a gym, outdoor pool, and rooftop BBQ, there was almost no reason to leave some days! Staying at this location, the staff working at the property are very nice and do their best to be friendly and are always willing to help out where they can (holding a door open or calling a Taxi). Location of the condo is great as it is also very close to the beach. Overall,……

“The property was situated right on the beach, making it easy to get to the water and nearby attractions and restaurants. The unit was spotless, well-maintained and Susana was a very communicative host. The pool was an extra plus!”

“Stephano was an excellent host, we had a few minor issues which were dealt with immediately. The condo is beautiful. The roof top pool is amazing. This was our first time in Bucerias and we found it very noisy. Some sort of festival was taking place with loud music blaring to the wee hours of the morning. But over all the condo was very nice, lots of good restaurants within walking distance and of course beautiful beaches”

“This condo is beautiful and perfectly situated. Stunning, full ocean view. We had10 glorious days of sunshine and nights falling asleep listening to the waves. It is within easy walking distance to Bucerias, and we enjoyed our days off the resort as well! One thing to note is that if you dont do the all inclusive, you can't eat or drink at the restaurants on the resort, but the all inclusive option is totally worth it with the owner's discount.Celina is very quick to respond to any questions……

“Nice property and great host!! Half finished building across the street makes for one poor view but the other side is lovely! Lots of places to eat and close to the grocery store.”

“Nice property in an excellent location. 4b is very nice unit but needs more hooks/places to hang towels and bathing suits. Lamps on bedside tables are needed in each bedroom. For the price we paid would expect more toilet paper and dishwasher pods for the duration of our stay given 6 people.There is a terrible sewer smell on the rooftop near the gym/steam room. Many guests commented about it.shower head in one of the bathrooms broke and it took 4 days for Vacasa to fix. Would expect a quicker……

“This place felt like our home away from home! We had everything we needed and when a storm system came through the property manager checked in on us! The grocery store is next door to the condo. The place is equipped with every thing you need. The rooftop getaway is exquisite and the pool is lovely. When you step inside La Perla Del Mar it truly is paradise. The place has an old style charm to it and I love that there is only one television so it forces your children to interact 😊 lastly we had……
