“Me gustó, nada más que al principio me confundí porque al llegar son como 2 o 3 hoteles juntos, entonces la recepción estaba en el otro hotel y para cualquier decir que no limpiaran la habitación teníamos que ir a a recepción, de ahí en fuera todo queda súper cerca, hay un Oxxo, una gasolinera y una farmacia a la vuelta”

“Fueron muy comprensivos y atentos. Me acomodaron en una habitación cercana a la recepción, lo cual fue muy conveniente porque el piso es resbaloso con la lluvia. La habitación muy cómoda, y es muy conveniente la cocina, pues hay una tienda cercana y no me convencieron los restaurantes de la zona: me preparé mi comida en mi suite. Muy cerca de la playa; me prestaron una silla y una sombrilla. Muchas gracias a Melissa, que me ayudó a corregir un error con mi reservación. ”

“The property itself was quaint as if the guest were almost a community. There were common seating areas to gather which guests did during our visit. The property was one block from many of the best restaurants in Bucerias and two blocks from the beach. The staff was very friendly as well. ”

“The owners were super friendly and helped us find good places to eat/drink. The room we stayed in (top floor) was AWESOME, really fun lighting and a little upstairs. Totally wild that the room was so afordable. Comfy bed and the best part was the adorable dog”

“Quiet beach, swimmable water. Accommodations had everything we needed and although there were only 2 of us, we'd like to come back with a larger group because the shared spaces were wonderful (group bbq/outdoor cooking area). The whole property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Mousai is everything it advertises online + so much more. Staff was incredibly hospitable and warm. Greta was our butler and Benna osvaldo ricardo were all amazing at helping to make our short stay unforgettable. Outstanding job Mousai- you’ve made an imprint of the beautiful puerto vallarta in our hearts for life. Can’t wait to return in November!! ”
