“This is an amazing place for a great price. The beach is a 2 minute walk around the corner, shops and restaurants are right out the door. “Me gusto mucho solo qué hay ciertos aspectos a considerar el primero es que no hay elevador si te toca en el 5to piso como fue mi caso esta súper pesado y no se te notifica antes por lo que si vas con alguien de la tercera edad o un discapacitado olvidado esta horrible, lo siguiente es que la alberca el primer día tenía exceso de cloro deberían checar eso y lo último es que los baños estan sumamente sucios, de ahí en mas todo estaba bien, la playa muy bonita y está a una cuadra del bungalow ”

“We stayed in villa 9 which is a nice sized studio. It has a very nice, well equipped kitchen and a very good sized bathroom and shower. Very nicely decorated. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs but who doesn’t need a little exercise every day. It had great views of the ocean from the room and blackout curtains for that early morning sun and the rooftop is very nice with gorgeous views as well. There’s a pool on the ground level which my husband enjoyed and it’s just a short few blocks……

“Although this bungalow is set up for short stays, we were there for 3 weeks. Beautiful Guayabitos beach is accessible across the street. It is situated between Guayabitos Centro and La Penita with a short walk to each. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and had the basic necessities. The hosts , Enrique and family were super accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We would definitely return. ”

“The hotel was good. It's old Mexico so you can't have 5 star expectations. The staff was friendly enough. Our room faced the street so it wasn't super quiet but it was neat hearing the sounds of Mexico every morning. The doors were fairly thin as well so you could hear everything anyone was saying outside your room at all times. I would have no problems recommending this hotel. ”
