The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Traveling as a solo female, I always felt safe both on and off the property. “This property was absolutely gorgeous and so close to everything we wanted while staying in Puerto Vallarta! The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were everything you’d want while on vacation. We chose the all inclusive package and we’re so glad we did. This resort has the absolute best food and drinks at any all inclusive I’ve ever booked before. Our room had an ocean view and it was so peaceful & relaxing in the evenings hearing the ocean waves lapping on the beach. I felt safe……
