“Very cute and comfortable! Katy was very quick to respond to a couple very small issues! Batteries for remote and extra trash bags. Our reservations were at the time of the fires there and Katy kept us posted as to what was happening and when evacuationwas lifted. I would definitely stay there again! Had a great time there! “We loved our stay in this cabin. They were very quick to answer when we mistakenly locked ourselves out. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils but lacked spices outside of salt and pepper. We loved using the fireplace while it snowed. ”

“Lovely home in the pines with large living room /kitchen area and outdoor wrap around deck. Older home features knotty pine walls in bedrooms and double sink master bathroom. You must seek out the game room hidden off the garage for darts, foosball and card table. Great family getaway place! ”

“Monteverde was very nice. It was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, the water well went out during our stay and we were moved to another cabin. The 2nd cabin wasn’t as big or nice. I understand that things happen and certainly appreciate that they were able to get us in another cabin. I would have hoped that they would offer to reduce the price of our stay. They did not. ”

“My husband and I stayed at this cabin for our first year wedding anniversary. It was exactly as described! Very cute and quaint. A perfect walk to the Molly Butler Lodge and the diner in town. The Little Colorado River is visible from the walking path and is so pretty and peaceful. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and again. It is tucked away and just wonderful. Plus parking and access to streaming services to watch movies and such! ”

“The home was the perfect place from which to attend our friend's wedding in Nutrioso. We were able to utilize the well-appointed kitchen to put together the rehearsal dinner which was cooked and served off-site. Lots of counter space, large refrigerator, and tables that we could use for building the meal for transport to another location. Many spices and seasonings, with the exception of salt, were available for use, as was coffee, sugar, creamer, and coffee filters. Two types of coffee pots……

“Stayed in Greer for a family event and had a great time. Saw so much wildlife — elk, deer, and wild turkeys all from the patio or within feet of the cabin. ”

“Although this cabin is small it had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in very comfortable chairs. There is a restaurant on the property that is open if there are no weddings scheduled. Same with the lovely meadow. We will return.”

“In January with no snow to play in Greer is a very, very quiet village. The winter restaurants open only from Friday-Saturday. So we brought our own food for our mid week trip. We did not get the cabin we selected since there was an electrical problem. The cabin we got was Aspen. Which was overall fine. Had a few issues we made the staff aware of. That needed fixing. But did not impact our stay so they could deal with them after we left. Not having an indoor wood fire was fine. Since the propane……

“Our second time staying in this cabin! Lots of trees and very quiet area. Easy access to fishing and hiking. We were lucky to book this on rather short notice. Thank you! Only suggestion would be to get a larger bottom sheet for the bed, it kept coming off in the middle of the night. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed the stay at the Blue Spruce Cabin 5. It was comfortable and felt cozy like a stay away from home. Kelsea responded to my messages within the same day or next and was very kind and polite. The decorations are so cute. There a lot of things provided such as dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There's a coffee pot and toasters, a few spices and cooking oil. The host provides plenty of wash cloths, hand towels and loads of blankets and pillows! I appreciate that! I……

“We love this property. It is rustic yet has all the amenities we need. The location is great. We stayed here in 2020 and loved it. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.
