“Once again great cabin/location/amenties”

“We had a really good time. We got snow and it was a perfect spot for our kids to play. The cabin was really warm and cozy. ”

“We wanted to get away and leave the city behind in a dog friendly cabin with full kitchen. It's a great cabin for that. It had streaming services on the main TV. We had issues with our T-Mobile cellphone service. There is a Verizon tower close, I assume Verizon customers will have better service. I had to drive to Springerville to make phone calls on my T-Mobile cellphone. Our devices were able to use the cabin Wi-Fi to stream shows or movies. Spotty texting and no cellular phone calls……

“We really enjoyed Cory's cabin. The back of the property is the boundary for the national forest. I enjoyed the bird feeders. The kitchen had all the cookware items I needed.Cory is an excellent communicator”

“The first view of the property is stunning. Then entering the home is welcoming. The cabin was clean and as described. It has a great open living space and an amazing kitchen. Contact with the host was extremely convenient and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others. ”

“We have stayed here many times as it is the best place in the area. The cabins are beautiful and comfortable.The area is quiet and just far enough from town. ”

“This property is beautifully located, clean and perfect for our stay. A few misleading items we noticed, trying to get an RV into the space is difficult due to the trees, the power to the RV space had been hit prior to our arrival so the post it was mounted to was leaning pretty bad and we were unsure if safe to use so it wasn’t. They say they have a charcoal grill however it only had a half rack which made cooking a lot at once impossible. There was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper for two……

“The cabins are roomy. The beds are fine--we all slept very well. The property is very quiet. The elk came and visited in the morning. There are outside grills and inside kitchens. The stove is gas and works well. The refrigerator kept the beer very cold. The toilet is a little small for my big butt, but it worked fine. If you got a little butt it's perfect. There were lots of supplies, toilet paper, clean towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels, plunger, bowel scrubber, pots and pans, knives forks,……

“We had some problems with the digital locks but the problem was fixed quickly. The property is as described and worked good for us! ”

“This is a real ranch house at the end of a 3 mile dirt road. It has sweeping vistas and the Little Colorado River runs across the property. You have amazing views from the windows including old volcano cones and the barn and horses in the valley below. If you like adventure and the outdoors, this is a great place.”
