“The condo we stayed in was very clean and nicely supplied with towels. Adequate room. There is a slight view of the beach from the balcony. The parking lot is full of potholes…hard to avoid with the parking situation. The elevator was broken down on checkout. We did find another one at the other end of the building. We thought the condo advertised a full bed and bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. It turned out to be full bunk beds. They would have been difficult for older people or taller people……

“The location was perfection! Seriously such a good location. Right on the beach with a perfect view from the balcony. The place was very clean at first view, but we moved a chair in the living room and there was broken glass under it, which I stepped on barefooted. Other than that, everything was clean. The door was HEAVY. The kitchen has everything we needed as far as crockpots, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, waffle maker, pots, pans, can openers, etc… Make sure you bring trash bags. There……

“I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my 40th anniversary. The place was clean, had all we needed, and the views were amazing! First time to gulf coast and I fell in love with it. Plan on returning every year in the future. ”

“Overall we enjoyed ourselves with the exception of the hallways always being wet and had issues with 1 tv which was taken care of. ”

“Nicely decorated condo with everything you need. Spectacular water view and close enough to hear the gulf shore waves. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“This condo is really spacious for a one bedroom unit, and the half bath is an added plus. The king bed in the bedroom was really comfortable and the whole condo was spotless. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It is close to many great restaurants. The check-in and check-out instructions from the owner were very clear. We would definitely stay here again.”

“My wife and I spent a short weekend here. Staying on the 14th floor was nice and provided great views. The neighbors we ran into were super nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d want to cook meals. Several beach chairs were available. Would recommend staying here in the future. Would be great for a small family or just a couple. ”

“We loved the views and the proximity of the condo to the beach and the pools. We can’t wait to return. The only thing that this location lacks, which many other VRBOs have, is the ability for one party to leave behind some basics which help the next person. For example: coffee filters, salt and pepper, few more board games, charcoal, etc. It was the first VRBO we’ve been to in a long time that wasn’t even allowed to have any of these types of carry-overs.”
