“Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. We had several issues with……

“The stay was decent. The location was the best part, steps away from the beach but the overall cleanliness was below par (dust on the walls and food/hair in corners, etc). Pictures don’t show the true size of the stay but for a 1-2 person trip, it fits the need. ”

“Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food……

“My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!”

The only issues were that we ran out of trash bags during our ostay and in the daytime, we had trouble sleeping due to the active construction going on next door. However, it’s close to the beach and all the stores you’ll need are within walking distance.”

It was plenty of pools and stuff to do, and the beach was in walking distance. We had so much fun and was well relaxed during and after our trip. Would most definitely book this condo again.”
