“Great neighborhood located in the southern portion of Sedona so less traffic. Walk down the street and see the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. The hosts left plenty of towels, paper towels, bed linens and toiletries for two people for a week. They also have plates, cups, cookware, etc They also provided dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. If we come back to Sedona, we would want to stay here again.”

“The house is everything we needed for a few day stay to do hiking. Location was great! Loved that there was the little service road for the driveway. Hot-tub was wonderful to use after a long day of hiking in the evening. ”

“When we arrived, walking in to see the spectacular view, the floor to ceiling windows overlooking a fire pit lounge area patio with golf course greens and the red rock mountains in the distance were amazing. The layout of the villa was perfect, open air kitchen/living room nicely decorated, master to the right with privacy double doors,spacious room with the same floor to ceiling windows Spa like bathroom with the most comfortable stand alone bathtub. “Overall, it was great. View from the back of the house is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty to do around the house from eating, shopping, hiking, family owned businesses, etc. The only reason for 4 stars on location is that 6 miles from Sedona takes a bit longer to drive than expected given speed limits, round abouts, and traffic. But still has beautiful red rock views from the back yard and Sedona vibes. ”
