“This place is just awesome! It's tucked away on a quiet street with private access to the beach. There are two outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the ocean views. There's plenty of room for sitting in the evenings, plenty of room for eating in the kitchen or dining room. The bedrooms are comfortable and having linens provided is a real plus! The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to rent from!”

“Myself, husband and two children (5 and 2 y/o) stayed 4 nights here and loved it! It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The only minor snags we hit were when we first arrived we had to ride around a bit to figure out which building we were actually in and then the code we were given to the door did not work. I reached out to the property manager who promptly addressed it. There was also a weird code on the tv and again had to reach out to the property manager to get code from……

“The bed and the couch though, were not good. Very hard and couch mattress was bumpy. ”

“Great job renovating. Very clean, everything you need. Loved looking at the ocean from the in room table. Missed having a deck that some larger condos have but the gazebo was a great place for morning coffee. Excellent location with great food nearby. ”

“Exactly as listed, major perk for me was the dehumidifier that runs constantly (must be emptied) which helps with the air quality along with minimum mold/mildew smell especially being a beach front condo. We would definitely stay there again! ”

“We LOVE Summerwinds! This was our first time renting through VRBO and I could not have been more pleased!! No lines to wait in. Clear communication and accommodations were as described! The pictures say it all! Very family friendly. This unit is great with kids and located near one of the pools, the stairs to the beach and Ginger’s Cafe!!”
