“We checked in for one night before getting on a cruise the next morning. The owners were extremely friendly and once we got there, I had a had a question about using the door lock and received a call back in less than 1 minute of sending email. Also, Im a disabled veteran and had 3 spine fusions. I sent an email before booking asking if we could pay extra to extend our checkout time a few extra hours, since the pain in mornings is so bad. “We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The check-in process was a breeze. There wasn’t a lengthy list of cleaning expectations at the end. It has the feel of an older building, and I think the floors could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and the kitchen felt clean. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”

“I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated.……
